What Kind of Rear Seat Is this?

Anyone have any idea what kind of seat this is? and how much its worth if I wanted to sell it?

They look like Ep3 material but the shape looks off. I am not sure. I am pretty sure they are not EP3 seats though cause of the sticking.

Yeah they look way different in person then they do in the pics. In person they almost look all black.
