With that much to spend you have a good amount of options.
You could buy either coilovers or lowering springs and have a lot of change left over for other things.
OR, you could get a full coilover set up.

These are just three full coilover set ups you can get for under 1k.
And thats just a one minute search through jhp. Look around other places and you might find other options or deals.

Good choice(I have them)

But we need to figure out his intentions. Do you just want to lower your car and have a nice ride? You can do that with ground controls and konis, or you can go Tein Basics for like 600 bucks. Many choices. Just tell us what you want to do.

Default well

ground control + tokico (mine are reds)... I can go down 4" if I want to for fun, or play with them. I'd get ground controls like mine (they use eibach springs) again if I had the money to spend.

really though, since I don't care how harsh the ride is (I WANT my passengers to be in pain), I'd buy a $100 0-4" dropzone or some other cheap brand coilover kit and good tokicos or something. save your money. you'll wish your car was faster once people start pulling up on you at red lights and making you look like your car is slow.

my intentions, i want to have the basics ; exhaust, headers, intake, wheels, suspension but since the suspension is a big key i want to do that first.(i dont like cars with exhaust when you can see the whole canister=]) but yea i want to b able to adjust my height maybe 1.50f and 1.75r but its a daily driver, from home to school ect. and i dont want shitty suspension, a smooth ride would b nice

just get koni/gc and be done with it.
Best suspension you can get for the money. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. The GC's allow you to get custom spring rates, which is very helpful.
Also, get the ground control top hats for the front shocks only. They add about 1 1/2" of shock travel, which makes it easy on the bumps without sacificing handling. I have this setup and its really is much better than anyone thinks.
I had the tein ss, and there ****..plain and simple. If your roads are the slightest bit bad, the teins will have your car flying all over the place. Youll hate it.

Talk to Chris at Redshift Motorsports
http://www.redshiftmotorsports.com
He's a very nice guy who will help point you in the right direction. I ended up paying about $940 for my setup, which is the cheapest price I could find anywhere.

When you're in honda-tech and want to be in the ht bandwagon, you have to get ground control with custom springs rates. All jokes aside, do your own research and pick from there. Of course, i'm on gc/koni. If you do go this route... your next post will probably be "What spring rates?" OTS OTS OTS OTS OTS OTS

Like most people said, GC with koni yellows. The spring rates will depend on whether you plan on racing your car. I don't mean drag racing. OTS rates for integras are 375F and 250R I believe.

http://www.redshiftmotorsports...t+STD for the ground control coilovers
and
http://www.redshiftmotorsports...%29+2 for the koni yellows

the ground controls are only the springs, and the shock are shocks. Together they make a complete coilover suspenion

also, http://www.redshiftmotorsports...Mount is the ground control top hats which are a good investments as well.

I'm not sure if they're a sponsor or not, but for about the same price you could pick this same package up from our sponsor's.
