code 10 and 14. 91 civic.

I have a a code 10 and 14 which are intake air temperature and electonic air control valve. I tested my cat today and its plugged. Would that possibly set off theses codes? thanks

make sure the connectors to the sensors aren't switched:

IAT - 2-wire connector - red/yellow and green/white wires
EACV - 2-wire connector - blue/yellow and black/yellow wires
