Default oil lamp question

my car is of course a modified turbo type R and I've notice lately when I start the car all the lamps light up the engine battery oil etc. all the lamps will go off but the oil lamp will stay on a little bit longer. duration of how log the oil lamp stays on is in occordance to how long it's been sitting. If it's been sitting all night and I turn it on it will stay on a little longer then if I were driving it around and started the car 30-to an hour later the oil lamp will come on but not as long. During driving normal and "spirited" the lamp never comes on, no leaking either from visual inspection. I've checked the oil level and it's perfect , I've even change it and it does the same thing. Now as I said in the beginning the car is modified and I have a Moroso Oil pan, that being said my car takes like 5 1/3rd quarts of oil (mobil1 full synthetic 10w 30) could it be a a sensor problem or the sensor not registering pressure at starup then it sees pressure and the lamp goes off? appreciate you 're guys help in advance thanks.

It's definitely a pressure issue. Now whether or not it's correct and the sensor is having to problem or not is another issue. How many miles are on the car? Stock oil pump?

I dont know the new quantity for the Moroso Pan however you may want to add a tad more to accomodate for the Turbo.

I did but I don't want to overfill it. I just make sure it's in between the the two holes and not above the first one.

19k miles, but also if it was a oil pump issue or pressure issue wouldn't the lamp come on during normal driving too?

If your oiling system is larger, it will take slightly longer to build initial pressure. Adding coolers, lines, turbos, larger capacity pans, these all increase the volume of the system, and one tradeoff is the slightly longer time to build pressure.

yeah I was thinking this exactly, but at he same time it hasn't started doing this until last week. If this statement were true wouldn't it have been doing it since I've had it modded? Some background info on the car I haven't driven it steadily since 2002 it was getting built up for the last couple of years. Just recently started driving it steadily.
