You're looking at a LED conversion to do this. I've done a lot of business with ledautomotive.com and can give them a vouch for good products and customer service.

This might be what you're looking for. Be warned, some of the kits require you to solder your own leds.

 

or he'll do it for a price. I purchased new lamps / switches and sent them to him. Three day turn around. Got it back. With everything in front of me, took 3 hours to convert every interior lamp, switch and control.

is it an led conversion for the dash lights in a 94 too, or is it just a bulb change?

 

LED Conversion. Between the T4, the #74 and the 194 bulbs, I couldn't find them all anywhere else.
...and it is a very striking effect
