ITR master cylinder and BB on EF civic???
I am pretty sure it fits because it's just a simple 4 bolt design that holds it in, if the BB fits then the M/C is a no brainer. If nothing else the DA ABS M/C and BB will fit and the braking power is just a little less than the ITR, the DA is 290V and I think the ITR is 305V so not much difference.

Pretty damn low! lol, I think it's around 205 on the DX and maybe 230 on the Si but I am just going by memory right now so I may not be right. just check the sticker on the top of the BB and you will know what the vaccum is
