i've been looking for a test pipe for a bit and the only ones i could find are resonated/resonator "test pipes" so technically, they are just resonators correct?

my question is: i was told a resonator is more restrictive than a test pipe...thus robbing HP. how much of a difference is there between a resonated test pipe and a STRAIGHT test pipe (just a pipe without sound damping material) thanks.

ps: and please do not just tell me to get a high flow cat or something. i want a test pipe for boost and this is a tracker.
