huh?
from what it sounds like you're trying to say, you put ebay coilovers on stock shocks, and it didn't work how you wanted it to, so you're asking if thats going to cause body roll?
Yeah, it probably will cause body roll. You'd probably still have body roll even if they fit properly, the point is, you have ebay slip-over coilovers on stock shocks

If I had ebay coilovers that had play in them, the last thing I would be worrying about is body roll

AHAHA.
When you say ebay im assuming you mean no name cheap coilovers. And i would say there is a chance for body roll but it shouldnt be that high for street driving. but if your doing any track racing TAKE THEM OFF BEFORE YOU DIE>>

Lets just hope he found used brand name coilovers on ebay and not those cheap generic ones that sell for $0.01 and $60.00 shipping.

Things that are good to buy from ebay:
-Stickers
-Emblems
-Interior accesories
-JDM cosmetic pieces
-lightly used or new brand-name stuff
Things you shouldn't buy from ebay:
- generic suspension parts (springs, struts, coilovers, etc)
- knockoff seats
- no-name steering wheels and hubs
- knockoff harnesses
- "spoon" or "mugen" ecu chips
- electric "superchargers"
- basically anything crucial to the stopping, handling, or safety of your vehicle that is not of a name brand.
If a price seems too good to be true, it most often is, do you want to risk your life by riding on cheap suspension, or sitting in seats made by a 7-year old chinese boy, just to save some money? I sure hope not.
