this guy is selling me his Apex-i N1 full cat exhaust and it came off his civic the specs he said is for a Civic 1992-2000 EX/Si coupe 60mm; 115mm, would this fit onto my 95 EG6 CX hatch?!? any one please help! need new exhaust!! Thanks.

damn, is there any way of making it fit? is it too long or just wont fit in all the needed places? could i just get it fabricated or something at a muffler shop?

 

I think the B pipe is the same on all of them and the axleback section will be too long for you.

 

ic, i can't get it fabricated to be shorter?, or will it just mess up the whole angled exhaust position.

 

Contact Apex'i, they can answer your question better than anyone here can. I've heard somewhere that coupe and hatchback exhaust is the same length, but that may be only the mid-pipe, common sense tells me that the axleback would be different.

Bottom line, I'd ask Apex'i.

 

ricey is right, the over axle pipe is longer on the coupes than on the hatch. i put a coupe exhaust on my hatch, and i just cut the pipe back and welded it back together. if you can't weld, any exhaust shop would do it. it'd probably be an hour labor or less. i'd buy it.

 

ic, so where exactly should it be shortened at? to make it fit?
