Default questions re:dif fluid

Well I took some of you guys' advise and changed my trans fluid to royal purple syncromax and it made a world of difference on the shifting. No notchiness. I also converted to royal purple synthetic oil with 40k. I have a question regarding the differential though. The manual calls for 90w fluid. I put royal synthetic 75w90 fluid in there and didn't realize the manual may have meant straight 90w. Will this be alright or should I change it back out? Thanks again for the help.

I believe 75w90 is correct. I know a few guys that use M1 75w90. You should be fine.

I'm about to do this myself, after the S is done hibernating for winter.

a little over 1 and 1.5...I usually fill mine with one, and take my time with the second...Once it starts to leak out a little you have to stop...
