Default P13 ECU - bb4 h22a - whats this ecu good for?

i got an h22a bb4 p13 ecu here sitting on my desk..

i have no idea what its for or worth..

it has markings on it that say "h22A BB4" and the bar code on the side on a label with the numbers:

37820-P13-900
551-104545

as well as the code "4W" which is printed sideways..

i searched found that people put this ecu into accords and preludes but i would like to know what its best for

would it be good for an h23 w/h22a vtec head on a 4th gen.. ? whats the "4W" mean.. and how do i know if this is jdm/usdm and if its for auto or manual ?

please let me know! thanks

if its manual or auto it will say either 5mt or 4at on it somewhere....sometimes they say J-5MT or something like that...the jdm one has the j of course

you can look up the part number in the future for stuff like this....slhonda didnt find the part number, so its probably jdm....the us p13 part # is 37820-P13-A11

that is weird....i recently bought a P13 ECU off this site from someone.....they said it was a jdm p13.....on mine it doenst have a "J".....but the number is 37820-P13-A10. Do you think that A-11 could be US and A10 be Jdm?....i just wanna make sure the one I have is actually the JDM p13...

I just went to Majestic Honda and typed in the Part #.....and they didnt have a part listed for A-11 but A-10 did come up as the ECU.....so I am guessing i Do have the jdm p13......and yes 4w is for 4ws and 2w is 2ws

guys i dont think there is any correlation in the 2 and the 4....

i personally cant say for sure, but my local engine importer has evidence otherwise, in cross refernencing their computers and the cars they came out of, some 4s came out of 2ws cars....

i have a bb4 without 4ws it has just the LSD transmission (SI VTEC LSD)
