Electronic VSS install question
To install an electronic VSS I need to remove the old speedo cable completely, clamp onto the old VSS and pull it to hell until the O-ring/clip inside breaks loose? Is there an easier way to do this?
Also, will a 92-00' VSS from a D-series bolt in without problems?
Thanks ahead of time

It should be only held down by one bolt. Just undo it and the whole unit will come out. *just pull*
And I'm using a D-series VSS on my YS1.

Yeah, I was just getting confused about removing the VSS because I read in some thread that to remove the old cable VSS you need to pull it out, and I mean pull it out with a clamp.
Then I read this: https://honda-tech.com/zero...58489
Seems ghetto, but I guess I'll give it a go. The cutting of the electronic vss that is.
