That is really wierd. Can you get the radio to go on? Does the car have power? The thing won't turn over, or does it turn over a little bit but not start?
the radio/lights/moonroof/etc, every control in the car works
and no, the thing wont even turn over at all
this sucks, and i have to do so much crap tomorrow......

check the underhood fuel fuse (its the top left 15 amp fuse). If you blew that fuse then your car wont turn over. There is also the possibilty that it could be ignition related and you want to check and see if you have spark. Why did u remove your valvecover?
Check to see if you disturbed the little 12v lead to the starter...
Does that car push start? So everything works but the engine doesn't turn over?

No more threads allowed until you tell us what you did. Even with the plugs out, the car would still turn over.
What were you doing in there anyway - you said "when you were done", but didn't say you were doing a valve adjustment. Hmmmmmmmm
BudMan - who twice forgot (along with Batoutahell) to remove the ratchet before turning the car over after a valve adjustment -
(now I recommend placing a red rag over the steering wheel as a reminder!)

I'll bet the spark plug cables were in the wrong order.
I did that once. Hard to admit but it happens.

My bet is a grounding issue or he missed a wire to the starter. Battery cables are fine if he can use the radio without it dying out when trying to start..
so what was it?
