Default OEM/ebay foglight compatability

I already have OEM fogs but both lights are shot.

If I get "OEM style" fogs from ebay, can i keep the original OEM wiring in my car and just hook up the ebay light assembly?

Essentially, is the OEM plug that goes into the back of the light the same as the "OEM style" plug?

No. OEM and OEM Style (2 common brands being Depo and Esuse) have different wiring harnesses. Depo/Esuse foglights have the same plug ends however, so Esuse foglights can work with a Depo harness, and vice versa. OEM foglights have different plug ends. You can strip and splice the wiring to use the OEM style foglights with an OEM harness.

What do you mean by 'shot'? Right now I'm assuming that your bulbs simply have burned out.

'shot' meaning the glass has holes and cracks from flying rocks

Then just replace the glass. Simple as that.

You can get the glass from another foglight set. Just remove the silver part that surrounds the lenses, if I remember correctly the glass is just caulked in place. I think it's less hassle though if you just get some new foglights and just splice the wiring into whatever existing harness you have. That's just my opinion since it's highly probable you'll have a better chance of finding foglights themselves as opposed to finding someone that's parting out their foglights piece by piece.
