hey everyone im new, I have finaly decided to get an account on the forum, Im always reading topics, I have a 95 honda civic ex.. stock motor, anyways my car quit turning on and started sputering when I got it on, Today I put a new fuel filter, new fuel pump, distributer cap and plug. NOPE, any ideas? im thinking that my air control valve is bad. Would that make sense?
