Hey guys I just registered the domain name h22a.com. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I can do with the name or helping to contribute to? I know we can place h22a swap's and classifieds on the site, but does anybody have comments/suggestions, all are accepted!

How about H22A tech info. Like engine specs, engine how to, engine troubleshooting, engine rebuilding, engine performance part reviews, etc.

 

How to's complete with step by step pictures...ie. valve adjustments, engine stripdown, rebuilding etc, changing cams, cam gears...

Also the definative low down on the different engine specs

H22A5 (5th Gen's)

Well if anybody has information and pictures of there swaps with there accords or any other cars, or any places that would help me out with tons of information to get this site going please email them to me at rich@h22a.com thanks guys!! would this site include swapping h22a engines in a 3rd gen lude? or even a h23 engine in a 3rd gen lude?

 

I agree... I beleave step by step swap guides would be extreamly help full with um... a random guess but maybe an h22a into a 92 prelude S...just a random example of course- that would be great and to fund it you could have some other company put up a complete guid for all the parts needed to complete the entire swap. That would have made it easier for me-I mean anyone doing that swap

 

I'm doing that swap right now (93s to VTEC) I'll let you know how it goes and maybe I can contribute!

 

hmm.... idunno, maybe work w/ h22a.org which seems to deal more w/ swapping h22a's into other hondas. Partnership wheres h22a.com deals w/ a lot of the repair, maintenence parts of the h22a, and h22a.org deals w/ the swap issues?

 

i would love to do a partnership. i can't find anyone who will help me build my site, and i can't make it a full-time job to do maintenance and upgrades on my engine just for the site. I've got a real job just like everyone else, and when i began h22a.org i was amazed at how much work really goes into building a DECENT website. it's hard! i'd be happy to share the upcoming information i'll have in the turbo buildups for any sort of info you want to contribute. hypothetically, we could crosslink the sites. . . . . too bad i'm working 16 hour days 5 days a week, or i could put more- i mean, any- time into my site. . . .

i could also swear i already replied to this thread, but i guess it got deleted.

Look at H22a.org and do something a little bit more informative and professional than that. Please set up engine specs for ALL variants of the H22 motor, I know I would love to see that and I'm guessing the rest of the Prelude guys would too.

ther e are the specs on this H22A Type S engine :
The H22A engine is a watercooled 4 stroke DOHC inline 4 cylinder with 220 hp @ 7200 rpm, 9000 rpm Redline, the H22A has a compression of 11.0:1, a displacement of 2157cc.

Though not as widely known, the Type S engine, like the Type R engine, receives a port-&- polish job from Honda

I just gave up turbopreludes.com and turbovtecs.com. I had plans to make a kickass site, just for turboludes. Anyone who wants to give it a go, i'm in.
