Default For people with "Battery Stabalizers", question

I got one for dirt cheap and for giggles while I was in Asia. I just wanted to know if any of you who have these have an indicator light and if you do, should it be blinking red/green constantly or should it have a solid green? Just wondering since mine is blinking and I'm thinking about taking it apart to see what makes it tick. TIA.

I'm genuinely curious. I've been in this business since 1975 and I've yet to hear of a Battery Stabalizer? What is it supposed to do?

Not really sure, I've heard that motorcyclists use them. I think it's suppose to stabalize voltage loads under throttle. I'm not sure, I just got it cuz I knew my gf would like it cuz it was in a blue box and it blinked lol.

For God's sake, it's a Capacitor in a fancy case. The exact same thing installed with high power amps.
The only velue it would have in a "Normal" automotive enviroment is the cute blinky light.
