Condition:

Car is in great condition, I've driven it daily since I got it about 4 months ago. Engine's in great condition. The transmission doesn't grind, but there's a bit of a trick to shifting it as the bushing for the shifter is pretty much done. It does have a clutch type LSD, but I've yet to find out how well it works, it's never been launched or drifted (at least not by me). The paint is in great condition, it was repainted at some time and it appears to be pretty decent, except for a few spots where there's overspray. I'd give the body a 8 out of 10, not bad considering its almost 20yrs old. The engine i'd give an 8 out of 10 as well, the only thing the engine needs is a new TPS or a used one.

The interior is almost perfect, the A/C Logicon surround piece is cracked, but that can be had from pick'n pull dirt cheap, I just don't have time to run out there. A/C, power steering, power locks, power windows, and power sunroof are all perfectly functioning. I'd give the interior a 9 out of 10.

New parts:
Alternator
Brake Pads
2 tires (205 55 16 Dunlop SPxxxx) the other are some Ventus 205 55 16 all with about 80% tread life left
NGK wires
NGK Plugs (the staggered setup)
Fuel filter
Misc. Vac. lines
Cruise control switch
Sylvania Silver Star headlights
Oil & filter changed w/ 10w30 Valvoline all season ONCE A MONTH
Bosch 02 sensor

Mods:
Custom 2.5" Turbo Inlet Duct
GReddy Type-S BOV (black)
GReddy I/C Pipe w/ Type-S Flange
Lower Shores Manual Boost Controller (bypassed right now)
Bonez 2.5" Downpipe
Bonez 2.5" Connector Pipe
OBX-R 2.5" Resonator
Custom 2.5" GReddy Power Extreme Cat-back
Defi D-Gauge Boost Gauge (mounted on steering column)
GReddy EGT Gauge w/ peak hold & warning
HKS PFC F-Con (on setting 2)
HKS FCD (on channel 2)

As I said before, I drive this car DAILY, it's not one of those cars that just might crap out on you outta no where, I've taken all the risk out of the car by making sure it runs a tick on the rich side, and it always, ALWAYS has fresh oil and coolant. I'm finicky as hell about this car but I also love it. Reason I'm selling it is that we're moving into a new house and I've got to help with the mortgage. I'd rather have a roof over my head than have a car that I keep throwing money at to make it faster etc.

I repeat, this car does NOT need anything to be a daily driver / weekend warrior. A/C blows ice cold, everything works. You're not gonna find any FC TII this clean nearby. In all it's about a 8/10 and anyone who knows me, knows I take care of my cars. Shots @ the bottom.

why would you change your oil and filter once a month........im guessing you don't put anywhere near 3000 miles on it a month.
