Maye you guys can help me out. (trouble shooting issue) Kinda long
Here's whats going on...
I have recently swaped a JDM B16a into my rex. I completely rebuilt it, but the thing did differently is i used my Intake manifold and TB from my 00 Civic Si.
Im currently running the MAP sensor off the new TB instead of the one on the firewall. Thing is im confused about how to route the vac line.
As you see in the pic that silver hose n the canister is outed to the top of the manifold itself. By doing that it created a high idle and from the canister itself it seemed like it was leaking vac.
Recently i just caped off the vac source on the top of the manifold and routed the hose to my intake itself. Reason for that is on th OriginalTB there is a vac source premanifold that the line is suposed to go to. (thats why i roted it to the intake)
The problem not is that the idle is too low an flucuted every so often. I adjusted the idle and still doesnt help.
I have came to the conclusion that there is something wrong with the MAP Sensor on the TB or the vac source being used. Soeone has also told be to check the TPS Sensor/canister diaphram. And hen if that doesnt work switch the TB to the old one.
During part throttle the engine fels like its bogging or leaning out and then it kicks back to how it is supposed to feel. Can anyone help me out?

Not a solution but im having the same symptoms in my 91 Eclipse.... its the 1.8l peice of Sh*t motor ............ well its not really a peice cause ive been usin and abusin the sucker for 3 years now...... with the current setup how does it idle?
now that i moved the vac line off the manifold and to the intake it idles low now and fluctuates every second. (slowly though)
On the manifold im getting 20 vac, which is what im supposed to get, but im still thinking its not getting the correct source of air.
