Belt Under Alternator~~HELP

Well the next day when i put the belt back in its place, the car started making this loud squeaking noise....Does anybody know why this is and how do i get rid of this noise or what the cause of this noise is???

Vic, I'm gonna forgo the "crystal ball" cracks and the one about "I can't see what car you've got from here" either; but if you could give a clue, it will help.
I'm going to take a guess:
either the belt isn't tighten enough. or
All F22 / F23 4cylinder from '94 thru '00 (LX,SE,EX) utilize two accessories drive belts. One drives the Power Steering Pump (Top-most on the motor) and the second belt drives both the Alternator and the A/C Compressor.
Either you've an issue with the A/C pulley bearing (failed and locked up) or the compressor siezed.
