I know several people on here have been using the Mugen 26mm w/o problems.

is the 26mm a front or rear bar, im guessing rear. you can always get the ASR subframe brace deally0

32mm rear is the highest I've heard. A few of the Honda Challenge guys run them. It's hollow compared to the mugen solid bar. From what I've heard they feel very similar.

Stiffer springs will cause your swaybar to have less force on it... your springs will hold the car flat instead of the swaybar

<-- running stock swaybars, anyway...

Very true, I recall seeing a pretty good discussion a while back but most tended to agree that stiffer springs out back will have a similar effect, and the subframe tear-outs or failures (have yet to see on an ITR) are a result of running too stiff an anti-rollbar/not stiff enough springs.

I'm running the rear 23mm JDM anti-roll (stock front), with 500 lbs/in out back (400 front) and the car rotates very well (from stock).

The A-Spec rear sub frame brace does NOT fit on the type R rear sub frame. And the 32mm A-Spec rear sway bar is hollow and is very similar to the Mugen 26mm in terms of effectiveness. Except the 32mm is hollow so you save on weight. Both sway bars are fine to run on the stock rear sub frame as it has been re-enforced from the factory.

i remember a thread a while back about one of the members here that got a new rear swaybar... it was an A-Spec 32mm one. try searching for rear subframe... it will not rip. i searched for something for the rear subframe a while back and found a thread talking about how the Rs design has the swaybar up against the subframe... so its not like the civic how the sway bar is spaced outwards a bit.
