eBay is also worth a look. It is a little more risky and you almost always lose the factory warranty. However, the savings can be tremendous. I bought my JL Audio XR speakers (paid $250; retail $400) and an Alpine 9835 (paid $400; retail $550) on eBay. Make sure to stick to reputable (high positive feedback) sellers.
