Oil filter difference
Tried to find in faq but nothing came out

There are some differences in inlet shape, drilled holes, interior and code
The left one made in USA by Filtech has 15400-PLM-A01 code
The right one, sold in europe and made in Japan by Mahle-Tennex has 15400-PLC-003 code
Both sold for ITR.
Somebody knows who is the right one and why they look different?

Here's something I posted earlier.....
Apparently it all varies from market to market.... but the concensus it that if you want to be absolutely 110% OEM, the only filter that appears to be consistent throughout the world is the S2000 filter with the PCX part number.
FWIW, I personally run the Nippon filter (found in above link) which is very similar to the original Toyo Roki filter found on the ITR motor when it left the factory.

The smaller filters apparently are less prone to oil pressure fluctuation because their casings are smaller and running a hose clamp around the body helps keep it consistent.... (this is according to Spoon president's recommendation)

Now in my country (Italy) we only found the small filter because the big one are discontinued by honda.

I've personally tried the small filter on my Integra before and I didn't notice any oil consumption issues.
I only switched back because I had the option and I was so cheap that I didn't even want to buy a tool to remove/tighten the small filter properly.
How much oil are you consuming with this new filter?

I don't know exactly and It depends from the driving styla
I did many exhaust mods in few time ( RMF narrow, test & inox b pipe 63,5mm ID) and my be it is due to this mods

Well if you're hanging in Vtec to the redline zone most or all of the time (IE track day) you will consume a bit to a decent amount of oil depending on your car.
I've tried multiple filters, several OEM, Hamp, Purolator, etc and didn't notice consumption differences between filters.
But many owners report raised levels of oil consumption as per driving at sustained higher RPM and speeds.

Well if you're hanging in Vtec to the redline zone most or all of the time (IE track day) you will consume a bit to a decent amount of oil depending on your car.
I've tried multiple filters, several OEM, Hamp, Purolator, etc and didn't notice consumption differences between filters.
But many owners report raised levels of oil consumption as per driving at sustained higher RPM and speeds.
If you know your systems are in good working condition (PCV valve) then it might be worthwhile to invest in a good catchcan setup like the one from Endyn if you don't already have one.
Another small detail often overlooked is the application of an insulator/heat tape to the bottom of the oilpan where the header comes closest.
This obviously will not magically fix any oil consumption issues, but can play a small roll on track.
With what 1GreyTeg just mentioned..... I drove over 1200kms non-stop (except for gas and washroom breaks) and due to my 4.785 final drive I was in VTEC literally for hours on end well over 6500rpm.... When I filled gas....I filled oil.....

I have a new PCV and the OCT (with a second pcv between the tank and the intake manifold line ).
Regarding the overheating of oil pan with the RMF header it is a fixed problem: the megaphone it is much more better than four primaries and I can sustein there is a noticeable difference
My JDM b18cr Spoon Engine it's pretty new (only 20.000 km) but there is always a little oil consumption, especially with thin synthetic oil and high rev driving.
