Can someone please photoshop this image. I would like to see the wheels painted black and the car lowered to where the fender meets the tire. Thanks in advance.

yea.

 

i used MSpaint... so the lowering is crappy and painting your wheels black involed using the paint brush and selecting black and painting the entire rim black hahah.
