Hey guys, I'm replacing my cam seals right now and have a few basic questions. First of all, is there an easy way to remove them with out a special tool? I just tried about 9 or 10 ways to remove one of them and the only thing that worked was jabbing a keywhole saw into it, turning it 45 degrees and giving it a good tug. Crushed my pinky and leaked some blood from under my finger nail but it's out.

And on the topic of putting new ones in, do i have to oil them first or install them in any special way?
