i give you credit, i was the guy who made the how to on shaving and painting a valve cover like two years ago.
i give you credit because it is very hard getting the valve cover that flat and smooth. also the color fade is cool

well thank you sir. i never saw your thread on how to shave them, feel free to link it on this thread
i used a sandblaster at my buddys shop to get it smooth, worked real well. and first time using one. i just felt like being different, everyone does theirs either the OEM color again or yellow,blue,red. so i was like expletive it.

i think daytime pictures will make it look how it really is.. its kind of dark in the pictures. the only REAL dark part is the beginning of the fade. i should of waited until tomorrow to take pics.

honestly.. i just laid down 3 coats of the white, then bought just regular pink paint from lowes in a spray can. then just started randomly spraying the VC, and it kind of just ended up like that..
i was going to do pink/black. but put that against my car and decided to leave it as is.
