How to remove sunroof for cleaning?

My sunroof shakes right before it is fully open and it kinda slow, so i'm gonna take it off and clean it... but i want to know how to remove it. 89 CRX Si. Thanks

you can buy a chilton handboook for your car and it tells you exactly where all the bolts are and etc...helps out a lot...very detailed!

Make sure you grease the tracks or else the thing will shake and be slow. Anyone know how to soope up the sunroof on a 89 CRX Si. I want some NOS on my sunroof hehe. GOOD LUCK
