Only if you swap the complete head off the ITR. This is known as the LS/Vtec swap.

The are other required modifications for the ITR head to bolt onto an LS block.

Wheen I say valve train I mean everything but the cams. I was wanting to raise the redline.

Ok, the rest of it should work, including the springs, retainers, etc.
