Default How do I install a ex cluster into my eg hatch?

I'm trying to switch out my cluster and was wondering is there anything special I have to do to switch my stock cx cluster and put a ex on there. Where I'm concern with is the rpm. I knoe the cx don't have a rpm so I'm not sure if it has a harness for it or not, if not how do you guys hook that up. Thanks!

unplug the old one, plug in the new one. Screws are under the hazard switch.
