so for the very first time.......someone has finaly ran into me....i have NEVER WRECKED or have even come close and today that came to an end......BTW...I WILL POST PICS LATER...i'm in ATL and not at my crib....well here's the story.

i pull out of the publix grocery store and am waiting in line at the stop light about to go straight....there are two cars in front of me and of course the idiot behind me...the light turns green and NO ONE HAS EVEN GONE FOWARD A LITTLE. and the dumb *** decides he needs to go right then and there and BOOM!!! it happens....i kinda pull to the side hoping that the ****** ****** was going to pull off with me.,.....and i guess he thought i gave him the okay to take off because he FLOORED IT trying to leave.....so i reversed and all the people around in their vehicles stop and are just looking at what this guy did.....so he turns right and i follow him peeling out down this back trash alley that is parallel to the main road that he is on and for some reason he turns on to the road i am on NOT KNOWING I WAS THERE.....he was just trying to excape and....i CORNER HIS *** IN!!! even by this time he is still trying to take off and i just scream at him that he is not going no where and that i am calling the cops.....in a nut shell the dudes from mexico and is a construction worker....he tried bribing me with a lousey hundred dollars....and i was just like HELL NO!!! then he even had the nerve to try and tell me that he didn't just hit me......uhhhhhhhhhh....no....anyways...he asks how much can he offer so that i don't call the cops.....i was like unless you have 1000 dollars in your wallet right now....you ARE NOT going to please. me....anywho.....the cop came wrote him a ticket for no insurance and not even having the proper united stated drivers liscence.....the vehicle he was driving....which btw was an explorer.....wasn't even his....what the cop told me was what usually ends up happening is he was probably going to run and maybe even leave the states......well he's going to pay for it....NO MATTER WHAT!!! the last thing that happened was i told him.....so that i know you are not going to leave....i am going to want that 100 dollars....he almost started crying becasue he said that was all the money he had....and i just told him like it is.....this is my way of making sure he had no way to leave.....i mean you gotta understand my POV too....i'm a college student and the first thing that comes to mind is......BROKE!!! plus my hatch is me only means of transportation and soooo he agreed and said he's be giving me a call with the rest of the money soon.

i know in my state. you would be able to go after the original owner of the car. how much damage did it do to your car?

 

hell yeah!!!! My hit and run driver broke my front rim, mirror, and then ran the red light and took off. You are one smart dude. Even under the adrenaline.

You should of just taken the $100 becuz it wont even cost that much for a junkyard center garnsih, bumber filler, and bumber. You would of ran off too if you knew you were going to get deported. And you had no money to boot to pay off the guy you hit, jus tlike in mexico. Pay off the cops. Pretty fucked up in my eyes. Your **** aint even that bad. be fair, 150 in damage for you doesn't mean it would cost him the same. look at it in an unbiased manner and that's more along the lines of a few hundred in damage.

 

welli went to the junkyard to price all the stuff and it's not that bad 200 bucks for everything......weill have it fixed sometime this week. ....i did take the 100 bucks.

I had a bitch do that do my '92 GS-R back in may '05 and I had to chase her *** down before I even knew how bad she damaged my entire pass. side! She went to jail for no license and no ins. and my "uninsured motorists" part of my Ins. covered it, totalled the damn thing too! I love hearing what you did!!!! I hope he's back in Mexico but I'm sure he's still here somewhere.

What are you talking about?? Ok so you go buy the parts to fix the bent up ****. Now what about paint? Are you gonna leave the filler piece and bumper a different color?? That damage is probably around the ball park figure of 600 maybe even more. Who gives a expletive if he is ******* him over. His car did not look like that to begin with. Should he feel sorry for an imigrant that cant drive?? Where the expletive do you get 150 dollars??? Who gives a expletive what happens to him. He should have been paying attention to begin with and he would not be in this perdicament. The car should be fixed to its original condition. Not thrown together to give the other guy a break. yup doesnt matter whos driving that car, the owner of the car is 100% responsible for whatever that car does. go after the owner for a full refund

 

Sorry to say but $2000 in damages I got almost the same damage on my car $2200 was the est. Go after the car owner. I hope the cop towed the Exploder.

One of my favorite cars is a 4dr Civic.

Granted, the 92-95 Civic 4dr is my least favorite sedan, but it's still worthy. B series drop in! You can't argue with that.
