A little more clarification on your very first post here would be great. People on here don't like to help much if we don't understand you. Now give us more detail and try to not run your words together. Take your time so we can help.
Well I am not sur about what you don't understand but I'l reexplain it ! Ok so first of all my car is a 1990 civic HB I have a 1999 d16y8 engine with the obd2 computer !! The problem is that The check engine ligth is on and when I try to get my check engine to flash by shorting my 2 wires on the computer ! my check engine start to flash but not the way it should !!! It flashes to fast I almost cant see it flash !!! does anyone know what is that all about!
the only way to check codes on OBD2 ECU is with OBD2 code scanner - the codes are alpha-numeric, like P1259, and can't be read from the flashing CEL like on OBD1
