It's very easy... sort of.. It's not easy to get the old one out but once you do it's cake..
Just need an open end wrench (unless you want to use the O2 sensor tool) I forget the size.
The other end has a plug

Rent an o2 sensor socket(to prevent rounding off)
Remove
Put anti-sieze on new o2 sensor threads( make sure nothing touches the probe)
Install
