Default DOHC ZC dizzy issues, with pics, and searched

Dohc ZC in an 89 crx si

vacuum lines are correct.
cranks perfect everytime
wants to run strong
2500 rpms it sputters
at highway speeds the car occasionaly "hiccups"
when "getting on it", past 4000, the tach pegs out and jumps erraticaly
when revvivg or driving, the tach is not smooth, rather jumpy and erratic
idles at 1200-1500
car temp is normal
drinks gas
car wants to stall at a stoplight
swapped out a pm6 for a pg7 then for a pm7.....same results

It drove fine for the first 20-30 miles at highway speeds, the closer i got to home, the worse it got. This kinds of leads me to belive that if it was a wiring issue, it would have happened immediatly. Same for the vacuum. The car cranked fine, idled fine, with no smoke or anything when i went and picked it up.

Don't mind the battery, I compete in car audio and it is part of the rules.

I took the cap off the dizzy, cleaned it, ran for 20-30 seconds, and this is what it looks like now.

So, bad dizzy?

hopefully that is the problem and if it is it might be the answer to yurs too.

I'm hoping on dizzy. It'd be an easy fix. I've searched and searched, and read and read.

I've troubleshooted (shot?) everything.

Weird thing is....no codes....

I had a similar issue on our drag dohc zc motor, had a code on the dash, repositioned the timming belt and no issues since....loss of power usually is the t belt being off, or check the altimeter adjustment on the back of the intake, where the idle adjustment is...if your not using the o.e. ecu ( pg7 or 28 or pm6) you'll have issues, because the altimeter is configured for japan not the u.s.
