what is a forge piston?

Can anyone tell me what is a Forge piston and what is the different between a forge and regular piston stupid question but ya

Forged pistons are machined out of a block of metal, much stronger and lighter.
Alot of the highend forged pistons have hyrdocarbin in them to add to the quallity and strength.

Cast pistons which are regular as u call them are just molded. They are weaker and heavier.
