Hey im new here. I tryed puting in the subs I got to X~MAS well for some odd ression they wont work. The amp will turn on but no sound will come out of the subs I have taken them in and out 3 or 4 times now. Checking the wires and all thatstuff. I even put them in my 96 Beretta and they worked great. any ideas with whats wrong? The only thing i can think of is to get a new headunit. and i dont wont to do that. thanks .

 

Well, I'd start troubleshooting at the deck if you say they work in another car.

You might try running a new RCA to the amp from the deck (to rule out bad RCA). If still no worky, check settings on the deck. Some have sub outs that can be turned on/off, or turned down all the way.

edit: When you say they work in your other car, are you just transferring the box/subs or the amp too???
