converting obd0 to a obd1 ecu

From: 2 story cardboard box, wi
i looked at most of the links and i couldnt find any good description of the conversion. i got a 91 crx and i putting the d16y7 engine in it and im turboing that engine i was told that obd1 is the best chipped ecu for a turbo non vtec engine. i was also told that i had to convert the obd0 harness to an obd1, can anyone give me a good description how to do that
