Crower makes a set for the h23. I haven't had any personal experience with crower but they should be very high quality peices. You could also look into getting custom regrinds from a reputable shop.

i have delta cam regrinds 272 duration .371 lift nice mid to upper power but have to upgrade springs and retainers. Retainers are smackin the valve stem seals. By the way u send in your stock cams and it cost 91.00 per cam.

well i ran this last year in feb. at night around 30- 40 degrees outside umm i had 17 inch wheels 215-40 tires umm 6 puck extreme clutch ebay short ram . 4-2-1 header no cat , no resonator , high flow muffler, underdrive crank and power steering and alternator, advanced timing on the distributor, ported throttle body a little bit not sure if it helped out too much or not,, o and i bypassed the coolant that goes thru the throttle body so it doesnt heat it. I have a SAFC tuned by me i just pulled some fuel where it was running really rich.

i now have motor mount inserts , 11lbs flywheel, and about to have my cams put back in so i cant wait to see wut times i can run

did your motor mount inserts help alot with your wheel hop and how bad was the increase in vibrations from the engine?

yeha it completely eliminated my wheel hop issue and yeah there is alot more vibration inside the car but u get used to it and it seems to not be so bad after a few months i guess it breaks in and all but its all good .
