Default Selling the R

I was wondering how much I should sell my car for.......well actually I have an idea but just wanted your opinions. Its an 01 ITR NBP, I am the original owner, with slight mods such as :

AEM Cold Air - B&M FPR w/ Gauge - JDM DC headers w/o cat (I made my own 2.5 " pipng)- Knock off Mugen (looks and sounds nice) - JDM Rear Strut tower bar - 2 Bazookas w/ 1000w Amp - VAFC - Carbon Tach w/ Lite - Alpine Flip Screen cda1003 - DVD under passenger seat and a plug for your Ipod. Theres more sh#t like a carbon fiber hood and spoon lip.....and OEM underbody kit.

The car sits on 17 inch Racing Harts C2's that are in nice shape. The body is near mint considering its 5 years old and only has 33000 miles. I was planning to go to Englishtown and display the car there with an auction date for Ebay but I dont know if that would attract the right customers. I'm sorry to all my NY people I never hooked up with all of you guys and R-Speed but I'm willing to hook up within the next month. I'll put up pics soon!

Finally, Its been great reading about all of you guys and all the great write ups, but its time to move on to bigger and better things. Write back if you have any opinions, except for telling me this has been covered already......SEARCH !........lol

R's command pretty decent money around here, asking for $20K wouldn't hurt. You'll get lowballers, but the real buyers are out there. I sold 2 R's in this area over the last two years for top dollar, you just have to be patient. Good luck.

Also, be very leary of Englishtown, that place is like the Bermuda triangle for ITR's.

With 33k miles?

$18-20k is more accurate.

Yup you can definitely get 18K from what you described but get some pics up.

Sell the parts seperatly if you aren't in a rush. That would never hurt the price of the car.

Thanks for all the replies, but I was thinking around the 18-20k range. There are more things on the car that I havent mentioned and as soon as I get pics, you'll see for yourself.

The exhaust sounds great.......My friend and I made all the bends on a machine in his shop and I got a twin loop mugen knock off and man does it look good. The muffler helped so much that I dont get pulled over anymore. Sounds very nice IMHO.

Horsepower gains....I really dont know because I havent dynoed the car. My best time was 13.9 @99mph. With just headers and exhaust. Not to mention I was on bald RE010's! I could only imagine with the vafc tuned and some drag radials.

Stay away from E town. It'll only bring you problems.

You can get 18-19k for the caR. You just need to be patient. There will be lot's of dreamers who'll offer you "12k today".

Don't ever ever bring them to your house to see the caR! Meet them in a busy parking lot etc.
