Yeah Baby! My Dyno Plot Is Inside!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, it's a beautiful day today! We had organized a dyno day with a bunch of folks form work, and I just came home with the results. Let's just say I've never been happier, expect maybe when I first got the car. Check these out:
1. All Three Runs:

2. My Best Run:

What do you think about these numbers for a bone stock car? Well, maybe not bone stock, I do have a K&N drop-in, but how much could that have helped?
Anyway, everyone at the place was very impressed with these numbers, and I haven't been able to wipe the grin off my face.
This baseline gives me a great idea on what I need to do. With a simple H/E upgrade and advanced timing, 180whp should be no problem.

Thanks, corrected in the original post as well. I wonder if these numbers are one of the highest ever for a stock USDM ITR.
Of course different dyno's on different days will give different numbers for the same car, but my lowest run is 168.3 hp and 118.4 tq, and my best run was
170.3 hp and 119.8 tq....
Bone stock as well, without even a K&N drop in, filter box lid on, car
' as delivered '
That was on a dynojet 248c... about 68 degrees temp... third gear runs..

Where did you dyno? Does not look like Turbotechnologies.
Yeah, got it done at this place called Carb Conn here in Seattle. Great staff, very friendly, and they were pretty impressed with the results. I guess the results fall in the high end of the range for a stock ITR, so I am pretty pleased. Here are some additional numbers:
Barometric Pressure: 29.62 in.Hg.
Vapor pressure: .23 in.Hg.
Intake air temperature: 70.6 F
I have the power figures from 2700rpm all the way up to 8400, and from 2700-5700, they go up in increments of 2-3 whp. And then from 5700-6000rpm, it goes from 110-130.9whp, no mistake about it, when VTEC kicks in, you get an instant hp boost, we've all known about it, it's nice to see actual numbers. The numbers then go back to their normal 3whp increments, and top out at 8000, it's downhill from there again.
Question now is: What do I do for mods? All of my driving is on the track, no drag racing or autocross. I am mostly interested in shaving as much weight as possible, upgrade suspension/brakes, and maybe try to hit 180whp. I am very close, I think a simple H/E upgrade might do the trick. I've always wanted to do the Mugen H/E, does that combo weigh less than stock?
