I am fed up with tire shine stuff. The spray bottle stuff always flicks up, and the aersole style gets everywhere.
So, can you post what you use and hints.....

Dupont Teflon Tire shine is by far my favorite OTC tire shine
Lasts a long time, isnt harmfull to your tires like many brands, and its the perfect amount of sheen... I hate real glossy tire shines, looks tacky.

i used the areosol kind once, what a mistake that crap was. so i buy the one in a spray bottle, but just blotch it onto a rag and apply it by hand. light even coat, and no spray on my rims to collect dirt with.
but most of the time im too lazy to put anything on.

Spray stuff and silicon based products typically run and get on the paint
. Meguiars endurance (purple stuff) is the best stuff I've found in a car parts. It will still run but as long as you keep your speed down it won't fling off too much. I apply it the night before and park my car in the garage over night to let it set and it seems to stick a little better.

Turtle Wax F21...looks and smells like armor all but its made for tires also...spray it all over the tires, let it sit, and wipe off the extra...gives the tire a nice decent gloss to it, makes it look slightly wet, not greasy looking tho
I use transmission oil just one little drop and it does the trick. The problem with tire shine is that it contains silicole in it which harms you paint. Ill explain more later go to go.
