Stock header
custom 2.25 in mandrel to a no name hi-flow muffler
DC sports DAC short ram
Nice plugs and wires

I have around 300bux to spend, what would be the best way to spend my money

I'd save up for the timing belt and water pump.

The T-Belt and Water pump went out at 80,000 and the previous owner replaced it and put in a manual tensior

any ideas for performance?

Worse advice ever. What - you want him to spend 300 bucks to get 3hp?
He doesn't even have a header for christ sake.

Best advice - save the money. You can't really spend $300 effectively on a performance mod at your stage. Save it, and buy a really nice header for around $850 or so.

Or spend it on preventive maintenance. Service your AC, exchange your coolant, change your brakes, get a new clutch, get new bushings, do something effective.

Well the seats are super comfy but the bomz racing mame is kinda lame looking on the head rest part.

http://www.shophyperformance.c...PftXm
seats 329 for the saets shipped

http://www.wedgeengineering.net/

180 for the brackets shipped

But yeah a vafc and a tune would run me at least 500 bux, how much hp could i pick up tho

you should mod the dc with the 2.5 inch collector mod. but I dont know how much you will gain having 2.25 all the way back.

I would still mod it just incase you ever go bigger.

I agree with suspension, but if you can do it save for TIEN SS - ride like a dream no matter how much you SLAM it. And FULLY adjustable!

DC header's are crap. I've heard stories of the flanges breaking and what not. On top of that the design is SHITTY when compared to serious header's like SMSP/RMF. It depends on how serious you want to get. I personally would go with Greddy headers with the 2 1/2inch collector mod. It's much better quality, design, and will last longer and produce a decent amount more power than DC sports header's. It all depends on how serious you want to get guy. For instance if you plan on turboing and what something now nice and cheap to get you a lil power then buy some ebay header's, or those DC sports ones like you said. I personally would go with Greddy as I mentioned, it's the best/bang bug trade off.
