Default ecu or sensors?

i have a b20/b16 0bd0 with a pw0 ecu... ive been tryin to fix this problem for over 2 weeks now. it bogz really bad .. sometimes it bogs right when i start up and other times after a lil bit of driving. When i switch the 2 oxygen sensors around on my ecu (#1 oxy at c16 and #2 at c8), it wont bog unless im under like 3000 rpm.. gives me both #1 and #2 code. In the correct positions for the sensors, it gives me no codes but non stop bogging.. yu think its my ecu or sensors?

hopefuly this makes sense to some1.. thnz

covert to obd1 and get a chipped p28 for tuning or you could try to find some that tunes obd0 ecus, basicly your motor is 2 big for the fuel and timing maps of the b16 ecu.

That's what I was thinking, OBD 0 sucked IMO, all I have are ITR cams and my car would bog bad everytime Vtec tried to engage. converted to OBD 1 (JDM PR3 from XSi) and it has been awesome ever since, now I have problems with traction due to the power increase, OBD 1 ECU's where just sooooo much better stock ECU's than the OBD 0 were.
