Hey guy, looking for some help with this. I am wondering what the max wheel offset is for type r is to clear the brake calipers without spacers. Fenders will not be an issue, as I am flaring them, but I cannot find a straight answer. I been told that 0 mm is the max.
I will be running 9 in race rims for the car.

He also has custom flared fenders though. If you dont have the wheels yet, I still think he has his 15x9's available with the correct offset since he got the 15x10's.

Just measure it yourself.
Will you be running the same width in the rear also, or a narrower setup? What size tyres will you be fitting on the 9" wheels?

I've heard of 15x8 and 15x10 +0 offset.....
I dunno... the brakes won't be a problem to clear - just send the specs to the wheel mfr and they'll do you right. You might need backspacing #'s/ requirements if you are dealing with a domestic manufacturer.
With a 15x10, last I checked I was looking for something along the lines of 4" backspacing. That would be roughly -25.4 offset.
(Just going off the top of my head.)
