It is mild steel...If the bolt pattern was 5-bolt I'd probably take it.

Everything you see is minimal surface rust (exactly how I got it) and could be wiped clean w/ steel wool. I assure 100% that it has never any exaust gases ran through it. Thanks for the negativity though

Yes sir, It is. Just get a 5bolt flange and you're set. PM me and I'll work w/ you on pricing since it's not the flange you need.
