Default Ported h22 heads. What are you guys flowing?

I've been trying to get my hands on as much info from everywhere for a build that i have in mind that soon may surprise alot of people. If you have any flow charts of your heads or the final numbers from the work you had done i would like to know what these are capable of flowing at low lift as well as the highest it was flowed at along with valve sizes and what not. Even if you know the stock flow from a non ported head will help me also. Anything you got with as much info will be more than greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.
