Default timingbelt trouble, b16

well this post is about my daily beater now a 89mod crx with a b16a1 engine, i know it is not a type-R, but after i got my dc2 and started to read in here i found out that you have a tech knowledge above average so im trying this.

my car suddenly lack all of the little power is usually have when i was driving home from work a day, so it turned out that the timingbelt have sliped and my cam gears are a tooth off. i guess that is all the problems but i don't know yeat since i don't have access to a garage in a week or so.
but do you guys think my valves have been bendt now or something like that? the motor is all stock inside.

so i should just replace timingbelt, tensioner and water pump, and take a comp test/cyl leakdown test?

You got it. Fix the belt and do a compression test, then go from there.

I have an extra belt. You can have it for an Iced Soy White Chocolate Mocha w/ whip at Starbucks...and you pay for shipping. I'm tired of looking at it, and I don't use it.

i have a timingbelt and the rest is needed to do the change.

i tried to turn the motor and did not feel any resistance that could be contact between the valves and pistons. but a comp check will tell me
