i have planned on turboing my 96 gsr and i have heard that for a turbo'd car using a gsr tranny with a type r first gear and a LS 5 th and using the stock gsr 2nd and 3rd gear is a good set up and i was planing on maybe putting a spoon lsd on it.. would this be good for a tubo app.. set up

 

yup! sounds like a lot of work !! gsr will be fine. how much hp are you putting down ?
