Default eOut with the b18a1 in with the b20b now CRX not starting PICTURE!

Have a crx with a b20b jdm motor. Well on the back of the block itself there is a total of 4 plugs on the b18a1. Now im left with three of them plugs just hanging there. where there would be a sensor on the b20 like the b18 there is a big allen wrench type of plug. My friend was saying it could be that there is a knock sensor on the LS. but I thought that was for the vtecs anyways, I have a picture I can email to anyone that wants to help. I have arrows pointing with labels so its pretty understandable. Would any of this cause the car not to start? We figured if anything it would throw a code but no luck with that. I checked the t stat ground the valve cover one overby the battery. checked for spark..have spark. fuel is getting to the regulator. What could cause a car not to start after a swap. Its gotta be something electrical but I could be wrong.
