It should not be hard, just follow the OEM wire diagrams in a Helms manual or something like it and repin the EF wires from your harness to the DA harness, basically should be plug and play.
I have an LS cluster also and since it does have a 140 mph limit I may do it, all though I think I ultimately want to install a '99-00 Si cluster in the future so I may not go with the LS setup. Do a search for "cluster" or "cluster install" in the Archives and in the recent topics and you will find all the info you need.
