best ecu??

hi i just wanted to know wut is the best obd1 ecu to use in my b16a swap??

Chipped P28 w/ Hondata simple as that.

With out a chip P30 usdm or jdm, hard to get, they only had it for 3 years. JDM has a speed governer on it at ~116mph
